Today’s Devotionalβ¦
Long before God thought of creating the world, He had already conceived and chosen man in Himself to be Holy and without blame in love. Ponderβ¦
God, according to His good pleasure, beholding holy men, in a far far future, was greatly motivated by His desire to fellowship with these Holy men that He decided to create the world to be able to host these blameless men.
God didn’t create man for the world, God created the world for man. Ponder..
God so loved to fellowship with these predestined holy people, that even when men couldn’t translate into the spirit realm to have fellowship with Him, God stepped out of the divine realm into the natural realm through Jesus Christ just to meet and fellowship with these long-awaited saints who were predestinated for His good pleasure. Ponder again.
This is why scriptures record that God loved man first. And it is He who loves first that takes the first step. Ponder some moreβ¦
And God loved men even while men were yet sinners, because He was eager to wash their sins, and present them back to Himself holy and perfect, for His good pleasure.
Men were not chosen to be holy and without blame before fellow humans or any other being, but before God Himself. Think about thatβ¦
So, while you may appear before men as a filthy rag, remember that God prepared and designed you long before the foundations of the world to appear holy and blameless before Him or in His sight.
If He that judges and qualifies men declares that you are holy, who can hold a charge against you?
May you celebrate God today for His unfathomable love for you, in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen
