Today’s Devotional…
It was always in God’s plan to present His love for both Jews and Gentiles at no cost. He planned to appear to the nations that neither sought Him nor called upon His name. Now, what is that, if not unconditional love?
God loved us first; you must always remember that. So our love for God is simply a response to His eternal love for us. Ponder…
This mentality of “struggling to please God” as a precondition to get His attention is heretical.
If your actions towards God are not in reciprocity to His love towards you, then you are in error. You must understand God’s unconditional love for you to be able to love Him back accordingly.
When you are unable to see God’s love for you, your struggle to love Him will become an uneasy burden, and you may see the little you offer Him as “too much”.
But when God opens your eyes to see and understand His unconditional love for you, you will see that nothing you ever offer Him is too much.
May God reveal to you His eternal love, so that you may love Him back seamlessly, in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen
