BEFORE AND AFTER CHRIST

Today’s Devotional…

From Adam who fell in the Garden of Eden to the last child born before the death of Christ, all men were sinners. Adam’s sin corrupted his divine nature, and it was this corrupted Adam that multiplied into all sinful mankind.

It was not something that all men did that made them sinners, rather, it was because they were sinners by nature that they lived perpetual dishonorable lives. This is why it was written that “all had sinned and fallen short of the glory of God”

Before the cross, all men on earth were sinners. Before the birth, death, and resurrection of Christ, there was none righteous, not even one.

After the resurrection of Christ, ALL things became NEW. All men after the cross inherited righteousness from Christ, just as sin was inherited from Adam.

In Christ, all men are righteous. After the birth, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ, all men are born righteous.

The cross of Jesus Christ was the dividing line between sin and righteousness, between the old world and the new. In Christ, old things are passed away, and all things are NEW!

Understanding your righteousness in Christ today gives you the edge in life, for it helps you awaken to your righteousness, living accordingly.

May the Holy Spirit break down this mystery to you, in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen
