TRUE RICHES…

𝑳𝒖𝒌 16:11 𝑲𝑱𝑽 𝑰𝒇 𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒆𝒇𝒐𝒓𝒆 𝒚𝒆 𝒉𝒂𝒗𝒆 𝒏𝒐𝒕 𝒃𝒆𝒆𝒏 𝒇𝒂𝒊𝒕𝒉𝒇𝒖𝒍 𝒊𝒏 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒖𝒏𝒓𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒕𝒆𝒐𝒖𝒔 𝒎𝒂𝒎𝒎𝒐𝒏, 𝒘𝒉𝒐 𝒘𝒊𝒍𝒍 𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒎𝒊𝒕 𝒕𝒐 𝒚𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒕𝒓𝒖𝒔𝒕 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒕𝒓𝒖𝒆 𝒓𝒊𝒄𝒉𝒆𝒔?

Today’s Devotional…

In a world where material wealth, physical treasures, and riches are basically revered as the highest level of “divine” blessings, verses like this only beg for answers.

According to the verse, everything this world calls riches is only counterfeit. True riches are beyond what the world celebrates today. And if you can’t even handle that which is less precious, how will God trust you with “true riches”?

But what could be more precious than the gold and silver of this world? What could be more precious than money and all the luxury that the world presents?

From the beginning of time, all treasures under the earth had been revealed to man. The only one that remained hidden throughout all generations was Christ – Christ in men—later revealed according to the scriptures.

See Col 1:26-27 “…Even the mystery which hath been hid from ages and from generations, but now is made manifest to his saints: To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory…”

The sacred mysteries, the revelation of the finished works of Christ, the presentation of all men perfect; these are the true riches.

Don’t be deceived by this world. Don’t be deceived by churches that only testify of mammon. True riches are beyond the measure of this world. Ponder…

May the Holy Spirit reveal your true riches to you, in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen
