When you are new to the world of the conscious in Christ, let your desire not be miracles, signs, and wonders; but the undiluted word of God.

The unadulterated word of God is to anyone who is new in Christ as milk is to a newborn baby.

Today, what churches use to attract new members is miracles, and when they come, they continue to try to feed them with more miracles even if they have to fake them.

This is the reason why many Christians do not grow in their knowledge of the finished works of Christ.

They look physically OK, but in the realm of the spirit, they appear to be suffering from kwashiorkor due to spiritual malnutrition.

Reading the Bible to many Christians today is like punishment. They prefer to give 10% of their income to a pastor than to read 10 pages of their Bible.

We are in a generation where knowledge of the scriptures is inversely proportional to the availability of Bibles. That is, as Bibles have become more available, the actual knowledge of scripture has declined. Such a paradox.

In a world where many desire prophecies, financial breakthroughs, signs, and wonders, I pray that your desire will be for the sincere milk of the undiluted gospel of Christ until you reach maturity, in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen
