The easiest way to condemn yourself is to judge someone else for their mistakes and weaknesses when you yourself make mistakes and have weaknesses.
The more you point to people’s weaknesses, the more the Holy Spirit points at yours. This is why people who judge others always feel guilty.
Your judgment of others may be inaccurate, but the judgment of the Holy Spirit on you is even confirmed by your spirit.
In this way, God makes sure that neither you nor the people you try to judge should feel entitled to God’s priceless gift of righteousness.
It is not by works; if it were, your judgment would be right. But thank God for grace that qualifies both you and the one you judge. There is no boasting, all glory goes to our Lord Jesus Christ.
May the Holy Spirit communicate this unconditional love of God for all men to you, in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen
