Many people erroneously think that they own their lives and can do with them whatever they want. But do you really have a life?
How can you say you own your life when you don’t know how you got it, or even how to keep it? Ponder…
The fact that you can breathe freely does not make you the owner of the air you breathe, nor does it give you accreditation for the functioning complexities of your respiratory system. Everything is a miracle when you cannot explain it.
Listen, you don’t have a life. The life you now live is the life of Christ. You don’t own your life, Jesus does.
When you live with this consciousness, it can only build humility in you and a sense of responsibility for how to use this precious gift of life from Christ.
Jesus Christ lives through you.
May the Holy Spirit reveal this mystery of life to you, in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen
