Today’s Devotional…

This is one fact many people don’t know, and that is because of the distorted information about human nature that our current world presents.

No, it is not when you do some good things that you become a good person. You were created in Christ and personally wired by God to be able to do ONLY good works.

Yes, you are a good person. Don’t let this world deceive you into believing a lie. Remember, what you believe is what you will manifest, even if it is a lie. So guard your heart from all deception. You are a good person.

Listen, it is easier to do good than to do evil, because you were naturally created to do good. If you reflect on all your actions, you will see that it has always been easier to accept and do good than to do evil.

Struggling to do evil is like operating a machine against the manufacturer’s instructions – you will destroy the machine. Yes, this is why people who try to practice evil always end up getting destroyed.

Listen, don’t follow the negative narrative of this world that claims that all humans are evil. No, you are not evil. You are a good and righteous person, sophisticatedly wired by God Himself to do good and only good.

I say it again: you are a good person! (And you know it). Your conscience can confirm this to you. This is why you are always quick to help others, and feel offended and broken when you see people suffer or in pain. 

Stop trying to be who you cannot be. You are wired to love and care for others; you were created from childhood to do good works.

Don’t let the world define your identity, but make your identity define the world in which you live. Do good always, because you are a good person!

As the sun rises tomorrow, may you begin to reflect your divine identity and begin to do good as your divine nature demands, in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen
