Praise the LORD! But wait; before you shout “Hallelujah”, read the verse above again just to make sure you are shouting from your heart.

If you did not know, know that what matters most in praise and worship is not what is uttered from your mouth, but where it comes from.

One word of worship from a pure heart is more precious than a thousand words from your lips.

Today, what most Christians call “worship” during their church services is simply a bribe they offer to God for the healing or miracle they are expecting.

The tears they shed are not proof of their affection for God, but an expression of their overwhelming problems.

When God checks the hearts of most “worshipers” He sees the problem that brought them and not gratitude and love for Him.

In John 4:23, God was seeking men to worship Him in spirit and in truth. Even today, He is still searching. This should bother you…

Praise the LORD! (Think before shouting)

May you be counted amongst the few who still give God genuine, heartfelt, and unconditional praise and worship, in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen
