Until you are strengthened by Christ, you can do nothing; but by His strength, you can do ALL things.
This is confirmed in John 15:5 which says: “I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing”
Listen, the gospel is wrapped up in the finished works of Christ. If it is not about what Christ did, then it is not the gospel.
According to Acts 17:28, we live, move, and have our being in Christ. How then can we live in Him apart from Him? Ponderβ¦
Do you even know that even the life you live today is the life of Christ? (Gal 2:10)
It is, therefore, just wisdom to submit your entire being to Christ so that He may strengthen you to do all things according to God’s perfect will.
May the Holy Spirit lead you to find strength and solace in the finished works of Christ so that you can do all things according to His good pleasure, in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen
