DON’T BE QUIET…

Today’s Devotional…

In James 4:3, it is written: “Ye ask, and receive not, because ye ask amiss, that ye may consume it upon your lusts”

When you are limited only to your understanding and to the natural realm, oftentimes you do not make sense in the realm of the divine.

With God, your understanding is limited, that is why the Holy Spirit comes to help you with groans that can only make sense to God and no one else, not even yourself.

You don’t have to study how to pray before you can talk to God. (You would not be making any sense to Him anyway, for you would surely be praying in the flesh). All you have to do is open your mouth and “groan”! Abba Father!

Sometimes, just as a mother would want to hear the voice of her child just to know how the baby is doing, so also does God want to hear your voice all the time, whether it makes sense or not.

So yes, pray. Pray, whether it makes sense to you or not, whether you feel clean or dirty; just talk to your Father; the Holy Spirit will inject a good meaning into your prayer and present it before God on your behalf.

So sometimes when it feels like nothing else is working or no one is listening, just cry out to God in the best way you know how; when Papa God hears your voice, He will surely respond quickly and positively. Selah

May this message be a wake-up call for you to pray accordingly in the Holy Ghost, in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen
