There are moments when one can become so overwhelmed with the challenges of life that he may begin to preach his ordeal so passionately as if it were “the gospel”.

The gospel is Jesus Christ and His finished works preached. Any other sermon, no matter how “powerful” it may sound, is just the “other gospel” Apostle Paul warned about. So watch out…

Despite the challenges that you may face in this life, never let any message replace the simplicity of the gospel of Christ that brought all mankind into God’s eternal glory.

The gospel does not change even when the audience of the message changes. Ponder…

For, no matter who is before you or what challenges he/she may be going through, one thing remains true: Jesus Christ suffered and died on the cross of Calvary and resurrected the third day, to take away the sin of the world. That is the truth which does not change. Ponder…

Your experience is not the gospel, do not preach yourself, preach Christ and Him crucified, and in that truth, “all other things shall be added to you”

May the Holy Spirit inspire you to preach Christ to someone today, in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen
