Today’s Devotional…

Don’t just accept what your forefathers told you, or what tradition passed down to you; study to show yourself approved.

According to Acts 17:11, the Berean Christians were more noble than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness of mind, and searched the scriptures daily, whether those things were so.

You can choose to be more noble than the ordinary Christian, you can choose to study and search the scriptures to find the undiluted gospel of Christ. This is the only way you can distinguish yourself.

From today, may you not just be a blind follower but an informed Christian, in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen
