Today’s Devotional…
The lifting up of Jesus Christ was not a moment of defeat, but the unveiling of Divine glory.
What appeared to be shame on the cross was, in truth, the highest expression of Godโs love and power revealed to mankind.
When Christ was lifted on the cross, He carried the weight of sin, shame, and judgment. Yet in that very moment, He triumphed over sin and death, drawing all men unto Himself, not by force, but by the power of sacrificial love. Abba Father!
The glory of the lifted Christ is not only in His crucifixion, but also in His exaltation. He who was lifted on the cross was also lifted from the grave and lifted into heaven, and is now seated in majesty and authority.
His lifting became manโs lifting; His victory became man’s victory. Hallelujah!
Today, the call remains the same: to behold Him. For as we fix our eyes on the lifted Christ, we are drawn into transformation, freedom, and the manifestation of eternal life.
In Him, there is no condemnation, only righteousness, and eternal assurance.
May the Holy Spirit open your eyes to behold the glory of the lifted Christ not just as history, but as a present-day reality that draws you closer to Him daily, in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
