The mystery of salvation was not the bringing of man into a religion, but the revelation of Christ within man.
In Galatians 1:15-16, the apostle Paul stated that when it had pleased God, He revealed His Son in him. Paul did not say that God to reveal His Son to him, but IN him.
Your life begins with this inward unveiling of Jesus, and not a walking towards Him.
You may have information about Jesus Christ, but our journey with Him should be deeper than mere knowledge.
Your goal should be a continual revelation of the Christ within; where His life, His nature, and His glory become increasingly real to you day by day.
The Gospel declares that Christ now lives in you. The One who was once revealed outwardly in the flesh now dwells within His people by the Holy Spirit.
Because of this, your life should not be about striving through human effort to become like Christ; it is about awakening to the reality that Christ already lives within you.
As He is progressively revealed in your heart, fear gives way to peace, condemnation yields to freedom, and sin-consciousness is replaced by Christ-consciousness.
True transformation occurs as you behold Him more clearly and become increasingly aware of His presence within you.
So today, do not be content with merely knowing facts about Jesus. Pursue a deeper revelation of Him. Open your heart to see Him, know Him, and live with a growing awareness of His indwelling life. The believerโs greatest adventure is the ongoing unveiling of Christ within.
May the eyes of your understanding be enlightened, in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
