Who would have thought that the salvation of all mankind was tied to just one man – the man JesusChrist?
Who would have thought that the gift of eternal life would come through death – the death of Jesus Christ?
Who could have imagined that all the law and the prophets were pointing to a man – the man Jesus Christ?
Who would have thought that the Gentiles who appeared distant from God throughout history were also included in God’s salvation plan?
Who could have imagined that the perfection which the Israelites sought throughout all their lives by works would come as a free gift to both them and the Gentiles?
The wisdom of God is so unsearchably deep that no one is fit to advise Him. God is all-knowing, and all-wise.
May the praise of God be on your lips every day of your life, in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen
